if you want to edit WhatsApp status videos on the android phone so no need to worry now you can easily edit amazing Whatsapp status videos on your smartphone you need to download a professional video editing software on your phone named kinemaster which you can easily download from the play store.
- Steps
First of all, you need to install the kinemaster on your phone then open it and select the ratio which you want to edit if you want to edit full-screen WhatsApp status select 9:16 Ratio and if you want to edit a video for youtube just select the 16:9 Ratio.
- Adding Material
As you can see from the screenshot of the video at the top of the article if you want to edit your whatsapp status like this you need to download some templates which you can download from the bottom of the article.
After downloading the material you need two pictures for editing you can add any picture you want or you can also add your own pictures.
- Import Templates
Open kinemaster click creates new and select the 9:16 ratio after selecting ratio click on the media option on the right upper corner after clicking you need to add the picture you want to use after clicking on the media icon your phone gallery will automatically open go to the folder where your picture is located.
- Chroma Key
After adjusting your picture than you have to import the template which you downloaded from the link below the article click on the right hand side option called Layer ad than select media after selecting media than import the template you downloaded after importing the template drag it and fit to the complete on your screen.
After adjusting the template on your screen you need to mute your video by clicking on the layer and then you can find the option on the right-hand side volume option click on the volume option and mute the sound of the layer after muting the sound again click on the layer and again on the right-hand side scroll down and you found an option chroma key after clicking on the chroma key switch it on.
- Make it unique
now you need to export the video clip you made click on the right upper corner you can find the export option click on the export option and export it in 1080p and 60 frame rate after exporting the clip again come back to the main screen of kinemaster click on the new project select 9:16 ratio and now again select the background in the background you need to add the video clip which you recently export.
After adding the clip click on the layer option go to media select the picture you want to add after adding the picture now again and the same clip you exported after adding the exported clip adjust it to the screen and then click on the clip in the timeline scroll down on the right-hand side click chroma key and switch it to on than now you need select the color which your clip contains if green select the green color after selecting the green color will automatically be removed from the clip and your picture will automatically replace with the green color.
- Finishing
after completing these all steps now it's time to add some effects again click on the layer go to media select the different effects templates which i already given in the link below add the template which looks more attractive after adding template adjust it on the screen after covering complete screen click on the template layer you added scroll down to the right-hand side click on the blending option and select the screen after selecting screen the template automatically fit on to your screen and if you need to add music click on the music option on the right-hand side and add music from your phone which looks you better.
After following the complete procedure one by one it's time to export your video click on the right upper corner export option and then select the resolution and export it.
